(This data is used to deliver customized content within Lanham Associates to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.)

    Education Lanham Associates may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Lanham Associates and its affiliates.

Lanham Associates may also contact you via surveys or Microsoft required surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

6. ANONYMIZED DATA

By removing data components (such as your name, email address, or linkable tracking ID) from your Personal Data we may create anonymous data. Our use of anonymized data is not restricted by this Privacy Notice.

7. TRANSFER & STORAGE

Lanham Associates secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

  • Lanham Associates secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment located in the United States, which is protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
  • U.S. data protection and privacy laws may not offer the same level of protection as those in the country where you reside or are a citizen (if you are a non U.S. citizen).  
  • By using our Software and Services and/or submitting your Personal Data, you agree to the transfer, storage, and/or processing of your Personal Data in the United States. 
  • When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

8. DATA SUBJECT ACCESS, MODIFICATION, AND DELETION RIGHTS (OUTSIDE U.S.)

You have the right in certain circumstances to request confirmation from us as to whether or not we are processing your Personal Data. Where we are processing your Personal Data, you also have the right to request access to, modification of, or deletion of such Personal Data.

You have the right in certain circumstances to receive the Personal Data concerning you that you provided to us and have the right in certain circumstances to transmit such data to another controller.

Furthermore, we may charge for this service and will respond to reasonable requests as soon as practicable and as required by law.

While we may provide links to other (Third Party) sites, we have no control over, and are not responsible for, Third Party sites, their content, or any goods or services available through them.

Lanham Associates is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Lanham Associates and Lanham Associates family of websites.

Lanham Associates uses appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against the accidental loss, destruction, or damage of Personal Data.
